Can I go round the ride twice ?
Yes you can . If the ride is not busy just go round again. There is no charge
If the weather is bad, you just prefer to go another time or your ride was cut short - you can rebook another ride at no charge. See "I want to change my booking" below.
I want to change my booking . What do I do ?
Just re book the new session you want . When asked for the Promo Code enter Gift. Then you will not be charged a second time. But this only works for single riders. If you re book for a group, its necessary to re book each rider separately.

I want a refund . What do I do ?
Processing refunds costs in admin and staff - so we don't offer refunds - just rebook as above. You will not be charged again.
